Shipping policy

When will my order be sent?
Your order will be dispatched on the first Monday of the month. Once your order has been picked up by the courier you will receive your tracking information.

What are the cutoff dates?
Make sure you sign-up by the 20th of the month to receive the coming month's project. If you miss the cut off you won’t receive a project until the following month.

For example, Sally signed up on the 20th of May, her first project will be delivered in the first week of June but Susan signed up on the 21st of May so her first project won't arrive until the first week of July.

How long will it take?
1 - 3 working days. If you have not received your order by the 7th of the month please contact us to let us know.

How much will it cost?
Standard delivery $5.00
Rural delivery $12.00
