Shower Jellies

What you’ll need:

• 2 packets / 20 g unflavoured gelatin or agar-agar (vegan option)
• 1 tsp salt / 4 g
• 150 ml water
• 150 ml liquid castile soap
• 10 drops essential oil(s)
• Silicone mold
• Small spray bottle of rubbing alcohol
• Cosmetic-grade colouring (optional)

 Directions:

1. Add gelatine/agar-agar and salt to boiled water
2. Whisk until gelatine/agar-agar is combined
3. Allow to cool to room temperature
4. Add castile soap
5. Add essential oil and colour if using
6. Pour into molds
7. Lightly spray with rubbing alcohol to get rid of any bubbles
8. Gently place in the fridge to set for 2 hours
9. Store in an airtight jar.

How to use:

Use your jellies in the same way you’d use soap.
