Sleepy Time Linen Spray

What you’ll need:

• 100ml Fine mist spray bottle
• 12 drops of Lavender essential oil
• 1 tbsp witch hazel or vodka
• Distilled water (must be distilled not tap or spring)

Directions:

1. Add witch hazel/vodka to spray bottle
2. Add 12 drops of essential oil
3. Put the lid on and shake well
4. Top up with distilled
5. Shake well and spritz onto pillows & sheets
